Hadith 24754
٢٤٧٥٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن (بشر) (١) قال: حدثنا محمد بن مسلم عن ابن أبي نجيح عن مجاهد قال: لا ينبغي أن يبيع بدين ويشتري به، ولا يبيع بنقد ويشتري بدين، ولا بأس أن يبيع بدين ويشتري بنقد.
Hazrat Mujahid says that selling on credit and then buying on credit is not permissible. Similarly, selling for cash and then buying on credit is also not permissible. However, selling on credit and then buying for cash is permissible.
