٢٤٧٠٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حماد بن خالد عن ابن أبي ذئب (عن الزهري) (١) قال: هي بدعة، وأول من قضى بها معاوية (٢).
Hazrat Zuhri says that this is an innovation, and Hazrat Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) was the first to make this decision.
