Hadith 24665
٢٤٦٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة قال: سألت حمادًا عن الرجل يكون في الدار حينا فيجيء أناس فيقيمون البينة أنها كانت لجدهم، قال: لا، حتى (يشهدوا) (١) أنها له اليوم.
Hazrat Sha’bah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that I asked Hazrat Hammad about a person who lived in a house for some time, then some people came and presented witnesses that this house belonged to their ancestors? He replied: No, until they present witnesses for this, the house still belongs to the one living in it.
