٢٤٦٥٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن عمارة بن أبي حفصة قال: اختصم رجلان إلى الحسن فقال له: استحلفه في حق كان (لأبيه) (١) لم يشهد أباه، قال: فقال الحسن: (وهل) (٢) يحلف على هذا أحد يعقل؟
It is narrated from Hazrat Ammarah bin Abi Hafsah that two people, while arguing, came to Hasan, and then said to him, "Make him swear an oath that his father did not testify in favor of his father." Hasan said, "Would any sensible person swear an oath on this?"
