في الرجل يشتري الدابة فيجد بها عيباA Person Buys an Animal and Finds a Defect in It
Hadith 24643
٢٤٦٤٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم (قال: إذا اشترى) (١) (الرجل) (٢) الدابة فوجد بضرسها عيبا فأراد ردها، فإنه يحلف (باللَّه) (٣) إنه لمن أجل (ضرسها) (٤) ردها، وإن كان عيبا سوى ذلك لم يحلف.
Ibrahim says that if a person finds a defect in the molar of an animal after purchasing it and wants to return it, he will swear that he is returning it because of the defect in the molar, and if there is any other defect besides this, then he will not swear.
