It is narrated from Hazrat Dawood bin Sinan that a man bought a pomegranate orchard for eight hundred dirhams, then sold some of it for twenty dirhams, then sold the remainder as a murabaha sale. When his companion found out, he took the dispute to the market trustee. The market trustee acquitted him of it. The narrator says that I asked Hazrat Salim and Hazrat Qasim about this matter. Both of them said: It is not correct.
