Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him, that Hazrat Qasim bin Muhammad took his dispute to a judge, who ruled against him. Then that judge was dismissed, and after that, the judge was changed. The second judge used to rule in favor of Qasim. Someone said to him, "If only you would take the dispute to him!" Hazrat Qasim replied, "No, I took the case to the judge, and he gave a verdict."
