Hadith 24630
٢٤٦٣٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن حذيفة (أبي اليمان) (١) قال: سمعت الشعبي يقول: إذا أشرك الرجل (الرجل) (٢) ولم ينقد فليس عليه وضيعة، إنما هي طعمة أطعمها إياه.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person makes another a partner and does not give the price in cash, then he is not liable for the loss of the goods; indeed, this is a gain that has been given to him.
