Hadith 2460
٢٤٦٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن فضيل عن عاصم بن كليب عن محارب بن دثار عن ابن عمر قال: رأيته يرفع يديه في الركوع والسجود، فقلت له: ما هذا؟ فقال: كان النبي ﷺ إذا قام (من) (١) الركعتين كبر ورفع (يديه) (٢) (٣).
Hazrat Muharib bin Dithar narrates that I saw Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) raising his hands while going into ruku and sujood. I asked him the reason for this, so he replied that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to raise his hands even when standing up after two rak'ahs.
