Hadith 24593
٢٤٥٩٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم عن (حسن) (١) بن صالح قال: قلت للجعد بن ذكوان: (شهدت) (٢) شريحا يقول: (أجيز) (٣) شهادة (٤) الشاهد (على الشاهد) (٥) (قال: نعمُ إذا كان عدلا) (٦).
Hazrat Hasan bin Salih says that I asked Hazrat Ja'd bin Zikwan whether he was present with Hazrat Shurayh when he said that he enforces the testimony of a witness? He replied, yes, provided that he is just.
