٢٤٥٩٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: حدثنا مفضل (بن) (١) مهلهل عن (مطرف) (٢) عن الشعبي في الرجل يأذن لعبده في التجارة ثم يبيعه: قال: يضمن.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person gives permission to a slave for trade and then sells him, he will be held liable.
