Hadith 24572
٢٤٥٧٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا مالك بن مغول قال: قلت للشعبي: (١) أستحلف الرجل مع بينته؟ قال: نعم!.
Hazrat Malik says that I asked Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) whether I can make a man swear an oath when he has one witness with him. He replied: Yes!
