٢٤٥٦٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (وكيع) (١) قال: حدثنا فرات (بن) (٢) أبي (بحر) (٣) عن أبيه قال: (شهدت) (٤) شريح رفعت إليه قصة فقال: (إني) (٥) لست أقرأ الكتب.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bahr that I was present in the service of Hazrat Shurayh, when a case was brought before him. He said: I do not read the book.
