في رجل قال: إن فعلت كذا وكذا فغلامي حرIf Someone Says: If I Do Such-and-Such, My Slave Is Free
Hadith 24566
٢٤٥٦٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: حدثنا حسن بن صالح عن ابن أبي ليلى والقاسم بن الوليد وابن شبرمة في الرجل يقول: إن فعلت كذا وكذا فغلامه حر أو امرأته طالق، فيبيع الغلام أو يطلق المرأة ثم يحنث في يمينه (قالوا) (١): يلزمه العتق والطلاق.
Hazrat Ibn Shubrumah says regarding the person who says: "If I do such and such act, then my slave is free or my wife is divorced," then he frees the slave or divorces the wife, and then breaks his oath, the jurists say that freedom and divorce will become obligatory upon him.
