٢٤٥٦٤ - وعن (الحجاج) (١) عن الحكم وعطاء في الرجل يقول لغلامه: إن دخلت الدار فأنت حر، فباعه فدخل الدار ثم اشتراه (قالوا) (٢): لا يعتق.
24564 - From (al-Hajjaj) (1) from al-Hakam and Ata regarding a man who says to his slave: "If you enter the house, you are free," then he sells him, and the slave enters the house, then he buys him back (they said) (2): He does not become free.
