Hadith 24562
٢٤٥٦٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: إذا قال: إن فعلت كذا وكذا فغلامي حر، فباعه ثم (فعله) (١) قال: ليس عليه شيء.
Hasan says that if a person says, "If I do such and such deed, then my slave is free," and then he sells that slave and does that deed, then nothing will be required of him.
