Hadith 24497
٢٤٤٩٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن (جعفر) (١) بن محمد ⦗٥٢١⦘ عن أبيه أن النبي ﷺ قضى بشهادة (شاهد) (٢) ويمين (٣).
It is narrated from Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, gave a verdict based on one witness and an oath, and Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, also gave a verdict before you in the same manner.
