Hadith 2449
٢٤٤٩ - حدثنا هشيم عن الزهري عن سالم عن ابن عمر: أن النبي ﷺ كان يرفع يديه إذا افتتح، وإذا ركع، وإذا رفع (رأسه) (١)، ولا يجاوز بهما أذنيه (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) began the prayer, while going into bowing (ruku‘), and when rising from bowing, he would raise his hands such that they would not go above his ears.
