٢٤٤٦٣ - قال: فقلت لرفيع: أرأيت هذا الذي أراد الحق فأخطأ؟ قال: كان حقه إذا لم يعلم القضاء (أن) (١) لا يكون قاضيا.
24463 - He said: So I said to Rafi’: What about the one who intended the truth but erred? He said: His due, if he did not know the judgment, was that he should not be a judge.
