Hadith 2446
٢٤٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا سفيان بن عيينة عن الزهري عن سالم عن أبيه قال: رأيت النبي ﷺ (يرفع يديه) (١) إذا افتتح الصلاة، وإذا ركع، وبعد ما يرفع، ⦗١٧⦘ ولا يرفع يديه بين السجدتين (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to raise his hands when beginning the prayer, and he also used to raise his hands when going into bowing (ruku), and when rising from bowing. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not raise his hands between the two prostrations.
