Hadith 24354
٢٤٣٥٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن عبد اللَّه الأنصاري عن أشعث عن الحسن أنه كان يقول: لا (تجوز) (١) شهادة الرجل لابنه، ولا شهادة الابن لأبيه، ولا شهادة الزوج لزوجته، ولا شهادة الزوجة لزوجها.
Hasan says: The testimony of a father in favor of his son, and the testimony of a son in favor of his father, and the testimony of a husband in favor of his son, and the testimony of a wife in favor of her husband are not accepted.
