Hadith 24321
٢٤٣٢١ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن إدريس عن هشام عن ابن سيرين والحسن أنهما (سئلا) (١) عن الرجل يشتري الطعام يبيعه بكيله، (فقالا) (٢)؛ لا، (حتى) (٣) يجري فيه الصاعان، فتكون له الزيادة وعليه النقصان] (٤).
Hazrat Ibn Sirin and Hasan were asked that if a person has bought food, can he sell it by measure? They replied: No, not until it has been weighed out in two sa’ (measures); then both any increase and decrease will belong to the buyer.
