Hadith 24298
٢٤٢٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: إنما كرهوا بيع الرقيق مخافة أن يفرقوا بين الولد و (والده) (١) وبين الأخوة.
Ibrahim, (the companions) would not sell slaves out of fear that separation might occur between a son and his father or between brothers. They disliked selling slaves for this reason.
