Hadith 24266
٢٤٢٦٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن مبارك عن مصعب بن ثابت قال: سمعت عطاء يحدث أن رجلًا رهن رجلًا فرسًا فنفق في يده، فقال رسول اللَّه ﷺ للمرتهن: "ذهب حقك" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ata that a person pawned a horse with another, and the horse perished while in his possession. The Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) said to the pawnee: Your right has been lost.
