Hadith 24258
٢٤٢٥٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مهدي عن زمعة عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه قال: إذا اشترى بيعًا على أنه فيه بالخيار، فباعه قبل أن يأتي صاحبه فقد جاز بيعه وهو له حل.
Hazrat Tawus says that when a sale is made with the option of choice (khiyar), and then before the owner comes, it is sold further, then this sale is valid and this profit is lawful for him.
