Hadith 24257
٢٤٢٥٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو (أسامة) (١) عن هشام عن محمد قال: من اشترى بيعًا بشرط فباعه (قبل أن يستوجبه) (٢) فما كان فيه من فضل فهو للأول.
Muhammad, may Allah have mercy on him, said that if a person buys a commodity with a condition and sells it before its rightful owner appears, then whatever profit is made from it will belong to the first person.
