٢٤٢٤٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا (إسرائيل) (١) عن جابر عن عامر والقاسم بن عبد الرحمن أنهما كانا يقولان للمبتاع: أقم البينة أنها بيعت وهو شاهد لا ينكر.
Hazrat Aamir and Hazrat Qasim bin Abdur Rahman used to say to the buyer that you should establish a witness to the fact that this house was sold; this person was a witness (was seeing it) but did not object to it.
