Hadith 2424
٢٤٢٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن فضيل وأبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم التيمي عن الحارث بن سويد قال: قال ابن مسعود: (إن) (١) من أحب الكلام إلى اللَّه أن يقول الرجل سبحانك اللهم وبحمدك، وتبارك اسمك، وتعالى جدك، ولا إله غيرك، [رب إني ظلمت نفسي فأغفر لي إنه لا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Mas'ud says that the most beloved words to Allah from His servant are that he says: O Allah, You are pure and to You belongs all praise. Your name is blessed, Your majesty is exalted, and there is no deity except You. O my Lord! I have wronged myself, so forgive my sins, surely none forgives sins except You.
