Hadith 24238
٢٤٢٣٨ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا يونس بن أبي إسحاق قال: سمعت الشعبي يقول: (من) (١) بيعت (شفعته) (٢) وهو شاهد لا ينكر، فلا شفعة له] (٣).
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person's pre-emption land is sold in front of him and he does not raise any objection, then now he will not have the right of pre-emption.
