٢٤٢٣٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن ليث عن الشعبي قال: ⦗٤٥٤⦘ (في) (١) (جاري) (٢) الدار إذا (كانا) (٣) في الجوار سواء فأيهما سبق فهو أحق بالشفعة.
Hazrat Sha'bi says regarding two neighbors of a house: If both neighbors are equal, then the one who takes the initiative (i.e., the one who makes the demand and brings the case first) will have the right of pre-emption.
