Hadith 24223
٢٤٢٢٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا مالك بن أنس عن الزهري عن سعيد بن المسيب وأبي سلمة (قالا) (١): قضى رسول اللَّه ﷺ بالشفعة (في ⦗٤٥٠⦘ كل) (٢) ما لم يقسم، فإذا وقعت الحدود فلا شفعة (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Salamah that the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) decreed the right of pre-emption (shuf‘ah) for every person whose share has not yet been divided, and (when) if the boundaries have been separated, then the right of pre-emption is not applicable.
