Hadith 2419
٢٤١٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن فضيل عن العلاء بن المسيب عن عمرو بن مرة عن طلحة بن (يزيد) (١) الأنصاري عن حذيفة (قال) (٢): قال النبي ﷺ ذات (ليلة) (٣) من رمضان في حجرة من جريد النخل، ثم (صب) (٤) عليه دلوًا من ماء، ثم قال: "اللَّهُ أكَبْرُ (ذو) (٥) المَلَكُوتِ وَالجَبَرُوتِ وَالكِبْرَياءِ والْعَظمَةِ" (٦).
Hazrat Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that once, on a night in Ramadan, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came out from a hut made of date-palm bark, then poured a bucket of water over himself and said: Allah is the Greatest, He is the Owner of Sovereignty, Majesty, Grandeur, and Greatness.
