في الرجل يأخذ من مال ولدهA Father Takes from His Child’s Wealth
Hadith 24183
٢٤١٨٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا [وكيع قال: حدثنا] (١) هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال: صنع رجل في (ماله شيئًا) (٢) ولم يستأذن أباه، قال هشام: قال أبي: فسأل النبي ﷺ (٣) (أو أبا بكر أو عمر) (٤) فقال: " (اردده) (٥) عليه فإنما هو (سهم) (٦) من كنانتك" (٧).
It is narrated from Hazrat Urwah that a man used his son's wealth without his permission, and then inquired about this matter from the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), Hazrat Abu Bakr, or Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with them). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Return it, for indeed it is the share of your daughter-in-law.
