Hadith 2415
٢٤١٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو بكر بن عياش عن عاصم عن أبي وائل قال: كان عمر. إذا افتتح الصلاة قال: سبحانك اللهم وبحمدك، وتبارك اسمك، وتعالى جدك، ولا إله غيرك (يسمعنا) (١) (٢).
Hazrat Abu Wa'il says that when Hazrat Umar would begin the prayer, he used to say these words: O Allah, You are pure and all praise is for You. Your name is blessed, Your majesty is exalted, and there is no deity except You.
