Hadith 24136
٢٤١٣٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا مبارك عن الحسن قال: (من) (١) كان [من] (٢) (فتيتهم) (٣) فأسلم فهو حر، وما اشتروا من سبي المسلمين فأسلم بيع في المسلمين.
Hasan says that if any of the slaves of the dhimmis becomes a Muslim, he will become free. If the dhimmis buy any Muslim prisoner and then he becomes a Muslim, then that slave will be sold to the Muslims.
