Hadith 24131
٢٤١٣١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن أشعث عن الحسن أنه سئل عن رجل دفع إلى رجل مالا مضاربة وضمنه إياه، قال: الربح بينهما، ولا يلتفت إلى ضمانه.
Hasan was asked about a person who gave another person wealth for mudarabah and made him a guarantor? He replied: Whatever profit there is will be divided between the two of them, and attention will not be paid to his guarantee.
