Hadith 24102
٢٤١٠٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن أبي الزبير عن طاوس عن ابن عباس قال: من أعمر عمرى (فهي) (١) له ولورثته (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) said: Whoever is given a house as 'Umra (life grant), then that house belongs to him and his heirs.
