Hadith 24098
٢٤٠٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة (١) قال: سألت إبراهيم عن السكنى، (قال) (٢): ترجع إلى ورثة المسكن، (فقلت) (٣): يا أبا (عمران) (٤)! أليس كان يقال: من ملك شيئا حياته (فهو) (٥) له حياته و (٦) موته، قال: (ذلك) (٧) في العمرى.
Hazrat Mughira says that I asked about Ibrahim Sukni (residential house)? He replied that the house will go to the heirs of the person who gave it for residence. I asked: O Abu Imran, is the ruling not such that whoever is made the owner of something for life, he remains its owner during his life and after his death as well? He replied: This is regarding Umari.
