Hadith 24092
٢٤٠٩٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (وكيع قال: حدثنا) (١) هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من أعمر عمرى فهي له ولورثته من بعده" (٢).
The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever is given a house as 'Umra (a gift for lifetime), it belongs to him, and after his death, it belongs to his heirs.
