٢٤٠٦٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مبارك عن عثمان بن حكيم عن عطاء عن ابن عباس قال: (التمر) (١) بالتمر على رؤوس النخل مكايلة، قال: إن (كان) (٢) بينهما دينار أو عشرة دراهم فلا بأس (٣) (٤).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) was asked about selling one date for another while they are still on the tree. He replied: If dinars or dirhams are also included between the two dates, then it is permissible.
