Hadith 24002
٢٤٠٠٢ - (١) [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية عن أشعث عن الشعبي قال: الشفعة على رؤوس الرجال] (٢).
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that pre-emption is according to the number of people, and Hasan says it is according to the shares.
