Hadith 23932
٢٣٩٣٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن نمير عن سفيان عن عاصم عن ابن سيرين في الرجل يستأجر الملاح على أن عليه النقصان، والزيادة له، (قال) (١): الزيادة لصاحب الطعام والنقصان على الملاح.
Hazrat Ibn Sirin (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the person who rented out to a boatman on the condition that the loss will be upon him, and whatever increase there is will be his, he said: the increase is for the owner of the food, and the loss is upon the boatman.
