Hadith 23931
٢٣٩٣١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير (عن عبيد اللَّه) (١) عن عطاء في رجل يكاري الطعام إلى (أرض) (٢) بكيل، إن زاد فلهم، وإن نقص فعليهم، قال: إذا رضي بذلك الأكرياء وأقروا به فلا بأس.
Hazrat Ata says regarding the person who leased land for cultivation with a fixed rent: if there is an increase (in produce), it is for them, and if there is a loss, that too is upon them. And if the tenants are content with this and acknowledge it, then there is no harm.
