Hadith 23922
٢٣٩٢٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (وكيع قال: حدثنا) (١) المسعودي عن القاسم (بن) (٢) عبد الرحمن عن شريح قال: من بنى في حق قوم بغير إذنهم فله نقضه، ومن بنى في حق قوم بإذنهم فله نفقته.
Hazrat Shurayh says that if a person constructs (a building) at the place of a people without their permission, it will be demolished, and if it was built with their permission, he will be given compensation.
