Hadith 23920
٢٣٩٢٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن جابر عن القاسم عن شريح وعبد اللَّه كانا يقولان في رجل (بنى) (١) في فناء قوم بغير إذنهم أن له (النقض) (٢)، وإن بنى بإذنهم فله النفقة (٣).
Hazrat Shurayh and Hazrat Abdullah state that if a person constructs something on the property of a people without permission, it will be demolished, and if he built it with their permission, then he will be given compensation.
