الرجل يستأجر الدار شهراRenting a House for a Period
Hadith 23879
٢٣٨٧٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن أشعث عن الشعبي عن شريح في رجل استأجر بيتا (أشهرا) (١) (أو) (٢) قال: إلى أجل فسكنه، ثم أراد أن يخرج منه فقال: إذا أتى بالمفاتيح فقد برئ، وعليه أجر ما سكن.
Hazrat Shurayh was asked about a person who rented a house for some time, then stayed in it and now wants to leave? He replied: When he brings back the keys of the house, he is free from it, and the rent for the period he stayed is upon him.
