٢٣٨٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن عبد الكريم الجزري قال: ماتت امرأة لخال لي وكان موسرا، فتركت خادما وولدا صغارا، فقال: (سعيد) (١) بن جبير: لا بأس أن يقوّم (٢) الأب أنصباء ولده من الخادم ويطأها.
Hazrat Abdul Kareem narrates that my maternal uncle's wife passed away, and she was wealthy. She left behind a servant and a child. Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The father should assess the value of the servant for the child's share, and then employ the servant in work.
