Hadith 23843
٢٣٨٤٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة عن (شعبة) (١) عن الحكم في رجل وهب لرجل (دينا) (٢) له عليه (٣) قال: ليس له أن يرجع فيه.
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person had a debt upon another and he gifted his debt to him, then he no longer has the right to take it back.
