٢٣٨٢٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن جابر عن الشعبي قال: الشاهد بالخيار ما لم يشهد.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that until the witness has given testimony, he has the choice.
