٢٣٨١٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (وكيع قال: حدثنا) (١) فضيل بن غزوان عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: كان إذا أكرى أرضه اشترط على صاحبها أن (لا) (٢) يعرها (٣).
Whenever Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) leased out land, he would stipulate a condition upon the tenant that he would not use manure or dung as fertilizer.
